Instructions
File your bug reports via the
beta bug form
. We are not posting the actual email address that handles beta
due to excessive spam. (We were spending just as much time sorting
through spam as fixing the bugs!) Once you learn the secret email,
you can send bugs directly to it, of course.
When you
send a bug, please include the following info.
- Your
name
- O/S
- Problem
description (Please be as clear as possible.)
- Steps
to reproduce (Try to narrow it down as best as possible.)
- If
its a MP3 CD Burner issue, optionally include cdburner-log.txt,
cdburner-crash.txt or gearlog.log. (You may need to zip these
up as they can get large.)
- If
it happens with a specific file, please attach it. If its
really large, please ftp it anonymously to ftp://ftp.acoustica.com/
(Mention that you ftp'd it.)
